Talia Reed (25) is most at peace when books surround her, hence her job as a public school librarian. However, her peace has a time limit, and when that time has elapsed, Talia has the sudden urge to...kill. Her victims are mostly at random, and she doesn't have an M.O. The soft, helpless types are her favorite. It's something about the look of sheer terror in their eyes as she catches them by surprise that excites her.
Talia stumbles upon her next victim but finds that this man is too pathetic to kill. Talia eventually attaches herself to the helpless man and decides to take it upon herself to get rid of anyone that messes with him.
Dylan Harold (25) has been at the bottom of the food chain his entire life. They lied when they said that life gets better after high school. Those same jerks that bully you in high school just get older. Dylan's life drastically changes when he meets the alluring Talia in the park on a cool fall day. He is puzzled by the woman who seems hell-bent on inserting herself into his life. He rejects her at first but eventually lets her in. Talia quickly becomes his guardian angel.
