Three years ago, Hunter's girlfriend, Tess, had a car accident. Iva called the ambulance and transfused her rare blood to her. Hunter was grateful and promised Iva that he would grant her a request. Iva's only request was to marry him. She had wanted that ever since the first time she saw Hunter in high school. Hunter agreed as the doctors were sure that Tess had no chance of waking up. However, after three years in a coma, Tess woke up and said Iva was the culprit of the car accident. Hunter was mad and decided to divorce Iva.
